Return Policy

RETURN FROM WITHIN U.S.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return within 7 days after you receive your order; but please keep in mind that merchandise:

  • Must be mailed out (as postmarked) within 7 days of delivery 
  • Must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
  • As long as the item returned is in its original condition, customer will receive a refund of 85% of the price of the item. 
  • Shipping and postage are non-refundable.
  • Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.
  • Items labeled final sale are non-returnable

Please contact us at info@SampleSaleDress.com first with your return request, items returned to us without contact will not be processed. 

Our customer representative will help you with the return directions.

 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF U.S.

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange; but please keep in mind that merchandise:

  • You must contact us and ship out your return within 7 days after you receive your dress.
  • Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. Sample Sale Dress is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees.
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • All merchandise must be shipped back to us. We kindly ask that all merchandise remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
